At this stage, we start to reach out to our longlist of candidates. With a solid understanding of our client’s needs, we introduce suitable candidates to the opportunity.

Candidates that successfully fit the role are then moved onto the assessment phase. Clients can then take advantage of a range of tools and services including skills and personality assessments and video interviews with our expert consultants. How involved our clients are at this point is discussed in the strategy phase. Our clients can be as hands on or hands off with the process as they want to be.

As part of our partnership with our clients, we assist with the decision making process. If required we then assist with offer management, onboarding, and more.
