Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the EMEA regions, aligned with the company's growth and profitability objectives
  • Directly manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing
  • Analyze the market and competition in the EMEA regions, identifying new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners
  • Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and targeted advertising campaigns
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events in the EMEA regions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management
  • Manage the EMEA sales department budget
  • Collaborate with other company departments to ensure high quality customer service
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations in commercial activities.

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Proven experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in international contexts
  • Experience in the Food Supplements/Pharma industry (Suppliers, CMO, Distributors, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of EMEA markets and related business dynamics
  • Excellent negotiation and sales closing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (other European languages are a plus)
  • Availability to travel frequently in EMEA regions (up to 60%)
  • A scientific background is considered a plus, otherwise a degree in Economics
  • Strategic mindset with strong results orientation
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing business environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
