Mission

Responsible for a client portfolio - GKA across USA, France and Africa (main focus Morocco and South Africa)

Achieving growth and hitting sales target by successfully managing the sales team.

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.

Purpose of the Role

  1. Determinates annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analysis and results.
  2. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  1. Implements national sales programs by developing fields sales action plans.
  2. Maintain sales, volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  3. Establishes and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  4. Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
  5. Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  6. Maintain national sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  7. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational, workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Marketing or business administration

Knowledge of Languages

French and English

Professional Experience

Experience in Ingredients industry (fruit prep industry as a plus)

4/5 years sales manager

5/8 years sales experience

 Proven track record of positive sales performance
