RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including hiring and interviewing employees, organizing trainings, administering salaries and leaves and enforcing company policies and practices;

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements for the geography;

• Coordinate open enrolments, changes and training for employees benefits programs; • Coordinate and distribute internal communications regarding the status changes, benefits or company policies;

• Administer new employee onboarding and orientation;

• Develop and mantain talent management processes;

• Collaborate with the human resources central team to develop effective recruitment strategies;

• Mantain employee central records;

• Submit health & safety report in case of work accident;

• Confirm and process timesheets, overtime, sick and vacation time;

• Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action (if necessary).

 

PROFILE

• Academic degree in Human Resources or similar;

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar functions;

• Good knowledge with MS Office tools;

• Solution-oriented and proactive way of working;

• Good communication skills;
