Role Overview:

You will directly manage the fragrances projects briefs for the Middle Eastern Market along side 1 other evaluator in the team, supporting global initiatives in due time with the objective to score new wins. On regular basis, build, improve and promote fragrances collections per main priority applications & markets accordingly to their sales plan. You will also work closely and transversally with Commercial and Marketing teams and horizontally with the French Team & Perfumers.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Detecting and understanding olfactive trends across the Middle East market and the needs in order to translate into fragrances solutions.
  • Develop new fragrances for our yearly pro-active focus plan & work with the labs for testing products stability.
  • Prepare olfactory summaries of the region/market and customers for knowledge- building and sharing.
  • Be a creative representative in Dubai, working closely with the teams in France. 

 

Key Requirements and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Product Development or similar. 
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience as an Evaluator, with preference in the UAE / Middle East Market. 
  • Strong knowledge of local trends is a must.
  • Experience working across different fragrance categories.
  • Fluent in English, French is desirable.
  • Good communication skills in writing and speaking.
  • Team management & cultural diversity.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Knowledge and passion for the world of fragrances
