Senior Sales & Key Account Manager

Position: 

The main purpose of the role will be to achieve sustainable, profitable growth and hit sales targets in the North America region and drive sustainable business opportunities that contribute to our customer’s success and differentiate us from our competitors.

The Group is a dominant leader in the global fruit industry, developing, manufacturing, and blending single-fruit and multi-fruit products, and providing international global customer solutions as a one-stop shop. It sells to more than 300 customers in over 50 countries via over 100 sources of raw material across the globe. The Group operates through the headquarter Europe, 3 blending sites in Europe, 2 in North America and a manufacturing site in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales penetration to ensure achievement of budget (revenue and gross profit).
• Identification of key strategic growth opportunities serving our customers’ needs.
• Drive implementation of customer development plans.
• Obtain profitable business opportunities.
• Provide and maintain rolling forecasts

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Knowledge or experience within the food and beverage industry. preference to juice.
• Knowledge of the North American market – contacts (Central and South America would be even better but not required).
• SAP or comparable ERP experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, outlook.
• 5+ years of experience
