Regional Fragrance Evaluator

Role Overview:

Due to our client's growth in the South East Asian market, they are looking to recruit a Regional Fragrance Evaluator, to start up the creative presence in this region. You will directly manage the fragrances projects briefs for the South Asian Market in due time with the objective to score new wins. On regular basis, build, improve and promote fragrances collections per main priority applications & markets accordingly to our sales plan. To work closely transversally with Asian Sales, Marketing teams and horizontally with the Mougins and Dubai Evaluation Team & Perfumers.

Main Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Detecting and understanding olfactive trends in SEA and the needs in order to translate into fragrances solutions.
• Develop new fragrances for our yearly pro-active focus plan & work with the labs for testing products stability.
• Prepare olfactory summaries of the region/market and customers for knowledge- building and sharing.
• Be the creative representative in SEA, working closely with the teams in Dubai & France. 

Key Requirements and Qualifications 

• Bachelor or Master degree in Product Development or similar.
• Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in Asia Fragrances development.
• Strong knowledge of the South East Asian trends is a must.
• Experience working across different fragrance categories.
• Fluent in English, French is desirable.
• Good communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Team management & cultural diversity.
• Project Management skills.
• Knowledge and passion for the world of fragrances.
